At The Serene Dream, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your floral arrangements arrive beautifully and safely.
Shipping Policy
Orders from The Serene Dream ship directly from our partner suppliers. Please allow time for both order processing and shipping when planning for your event.
Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may take longer. Processing time is separate from the shipping estimates below.
Shipping estimates
Standard shipping by sea: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Express shipping by air, where available: 3-7 business days after shipment, at an additional cost.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays or weather. If your order is for a wedding or another fixed date, please email support@theserenedream.com before ordering to discuss timing.
Tracking
We will email you an order confirmation after purchase and a tracking number once your order ships. For help with tracking, email support@theserenedream.com.
Delivery addresses
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Incorrect address information can cause delivery delays or lost packages.
International orders
Shipping options and estimates depend on the destination. Import duties, taxes and customs fees, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact support@theserenedream.com as soon as you notice a problem. If it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier and supplier to help address the issue.
Custom orders
For custom floral arrangements, email customorders@theserenedream.com with photos and details of what you need. Please confirm processing and shipping times before placing a custom order.
