What is your return policy?
We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theserenedream.com, we will replace it for you ASAP.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

How do I care for my silk flowers?
We recommend gently dusting your arrangements with a soft cloth or feather duster to keep them looking fresh and elegant. Some customers have seen success with gently blow-drying your flowers upon arrival.
