Return & Exchange Policy

At The Serene Dream, we want you to love every arrangement you receive. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards and arrives beautifully ready for your special moments.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or exchange whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom floral arrangements
  • Personalized orders
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after your return has been processed.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
