Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.

If you find any item(s) missing or wrongly sent, please report the issue to our customer service team when receiving your package.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, we will replace it for you ASAP.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized orders
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after your return has been processed.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
